Terms and Conditions
RESPONSIBILITY: DENTOURS acts only as agent in arranging accommodation, sightseeing, meals, etc., and assumes no liability for injury, delay, inconvenience, irregularity, loss or damage to person or property, or additional costs resulting directly or indirectly from any of the following causes: acts of God, fire, acts of government or other authorities, wars, terrorism, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, defaults, delays, cancellations, medical/dental malpractice, or changes in transport or hotel service, over which it has no control. Right is reserved to substitute hotels of similar category for those indicated. Right is also reserved to alter the itinerary where deemed advisable, and to cancel the tour prior to departure. In the event of trip cancellation, liability will be limited to a refund of all funds received. Right is reserved to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of the tour at any time, should such person’s mental condition, physical infirmity, or general deportment impede the operation of the tour or the rights, welfare, or enjoyment of other tour members. Such passengers will have no claim against DENTOURS, its agents, operators or employees.

The prices shown are U.S. dollars per person, based on double occupancy, and subject to availability. Prices quoted for land arrangements are subject to increase without notice. Once we have received your deposit, land prices are guaranteed.

Tour prices include all listed hotel accommodations, listed special events, listed sightseeing and services of Dentours’ Querétaro Agent.

Agent Gratuities - The customary gratuities to the Agent are not included and should be extended on a voluntary, individual basis.

Hotel Accommodations before or after the tour dates are not included.

Hotels – Room reservations are priced at the double occupancy rate. Since hotel rates are per room, the tour price for rooms occupied by one person is higher than those where two or more persons share the cost of a room.

Meals – Breakfast is included, as are the Orientation Breakfast and the Farewell Dinner.

Personal Expenses, such as phone calls, room service, agent gratuities, alcoholic beverages, mineral waters, soft drinks, laundry, transfers to and from airport or bus station, airline excess baggage charges and other extras are not included and may be significant.

Passports/Visas
Passports are now required for US citizens and residents crossing the border with Mexico. Clients are responsible for obtaining all travel documents needed for their trip to and around Mexico, including passports and tourist cards. Dentours is not responsible for client’s inability to travel due to lack of proper documentation.

Departure Changes - In the unlikely event that unforeseen circumstances necessitate the cancellation of a tour departure, Dentours will try to ensure a smooth transition to a different date.

Deposit Date - To hold space up until the time of "final payment", a deposit of $500 per person for the Deluxe Package or $300 per person for the Standard Package must be received by Dentours. $200 per person of this deposit is non-refundable. In the event of cancellation by the client, all payments, except the non-refundable deposit of $200 per person, will be returned to client.

Final payment is due 30 days before departure for all tours. Any bookings without full payment at that time may be subject to cancellation without notice.
